The Opening Ceremony for the Shanghai Representative Office of the Silicon Valley Bank Limited was held at the Crowne Plaza Fudan; during the event, Mr. Yu Zhensheng, member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and Party Secretary of Shanghai, and Mr. Wei Gaosi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SVB attended and delivered a speech, as well as  Mr. TuGuangshao, member of the CPC Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Shanghai, and Mr. Chen An’jie,  CPC Secretary of Yangpu District and Director of the District Congress Standing Committee.
